What are your delivery charges and timelines?
We offer nationwide delivery across Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka, delivery takes 2-3 business days with a charge of 60 BDT. Outside Dhaka, it takes 3-5 business days with a charge of 120 BDT.
Do you have a return or exchange policy?
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition with tags intact. Please note that delivery charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Additionally, we accept digital payments via bKash, Nagad, and most major credit/debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
How do I ensure I pick the right size?
Every product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it to our chart to find your perfect fit.
Are the product colors accurate on the website?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen resolutions and studio lighting, there might be a slight 5-10% variation in the actual color.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to the courier service, cancellation is no longer possible.
